i can get the stratos 285 xl or the triton 186 for just about the same price....  which one is better?  i know its up to me but looking for some input on both boats.

I don't know about the 285xl, but I just bought the 186xt and I love it.  It's a great boat for the money.  I put a 115 Yammy on it and it handles great.  It'll do about 53mph if I'm by myself or about 46 with 4 adults in it.  It wasn't in my budget to spend over $20k, and with this I was out the door for $19k, after taxes and fees...blah blah blah....

For anyone who wants a nice handling bass boat for a pretty good price, this is it.
