Hey everyone was wondering if anyone has fished Lakes park in fort Myers Fl recently and if they have had any luck pulling fish out. Also what bait works well in the quarry and what worked for you any information helps thanks. ????

I go down there walking on occasion. I have never fished there but have spoken to a few guys who were fishing. People claim to have caught bass in the 3-4 lb range. Most guys I see fishing are throwing plastic worms. There has to be some good ones in there. Looks like plenty of areas to fish, you can also rent a kayak and take that out. Post how you do if you actually decide to fish it. 

Thanks iv had some luck pulled out a nice 36’’ snook and some nice bass already the fishing is tough Visibility is 5’’ at that on the best days big loud lures work 

Is this at the park? Didn't know snook were in there. How big are the bass?

Yea some big snook at that.. Bass ranged from 3-4Lb 

The park must be closed down now isn't it? I'll have to go after this all quiets down.
