@James NiggemeyerI couldn't make out that knot name and can't seem to find it again. I can't stand trying to tie a Palamar and would love to learn a new knot for this. Can you link that vid of this knot please?

Eugene slip knot. Never heard of it before. I agree I hate the Palomar knot also. But will prob stick with it
