A buddy and I will be hitting up CDA at the end of August for 4 days and staying in the Cave Bay area on the westside of the lake.  This will be my fist time back here since I was a kid during a family camping trip, but neither of us have fished this lake.  I've spent quite a bit of time mapping the lake based off of depth charts and Google Maps and from what I can tell, the shorelines have relatively quick dropoffs with not too many flats (Other than coves or river/creek inlets/outlets).  I will be arriving a day before my fishing companion and I intend to do some charting and marking spots to hit up the following 3-1/2 days.

Our main target is Largemouth and from what I can tell, the southern portion of the lake, with river/creek inlets/outlets looks to be the best areas to check out.  Coming into the trip, I will be looking at throwing Shakey Head, Ned Rig, Swim Jigs and Squarebills to accomodate the usual Worms, Jigs, Spinnerbaits, etc.

Not necessarily looking for exact fishing spots, but any suggested locations on the lake that I should focus on and spend a little more time dissecting?  Appreciate the feedback in advance!

If anybody is interested, I've been putting together a Google Map with waypoints, etc. (Still in progress)
