i am thinking of moving my mount to the left side of my bow. my 1444 g3 has no mount. does anyone know of a aluminum mount that will fit my jon? ihave seen them on trackers, they appear to be made out of aluminum. any ideas?

what kind of mount are you talking about? A transom mount for the bow. How is your TM on your boat now? Need more info.

it is a bow mount that is diagonal across the front deck. if u look at trackers, they have extended the deck down the left side to mount a tm. i was thinking of doing this to my g3. i need some ideas on materials and methods. thank

I would make a box out of wood without the bottom and secure it to the deck with metal angle. Seems pretty straight forward.
