I used a pick up truck bed liner from auto zone on the inside of the boat.  It provides grip when wet and it very durable.  It also gave me a secondary seal.I then used All purpose enamel on all the new wood.  I had to add support under the seats so the wood won't crack.  I plan on making it a storage area under the seats when I install the floor.
