Has anyone tried one yet?  My Lowrance 520C will probably be a thing of the past now.

Is this the Lowrance answer to the Side imaging? Just curious, Did several searches and found very little info even on the Lowrance site. I thought there would at least be a demo video or something. Can you point me to some info?

It is not any competition for the Humminbird SI technology. The wider cone vertical sonar will just include more in the display to figure out where a return might be located. I see no advantage to that.

That was my interpretation of all the info I could find, I don't think it's worth giving up my 522c for. Unless they (Lowrance) can come up with something equivalent to or better than Humminbird's SI, I'm afraid my next machine will be SI.

i think there is a hdsrevolution website. Are they availble now or not until next year.
