Hello. I just got a new pole and I used it a couple times but know I throw my lure out and I reel in but like halfway the handle wants to stop plz help me

    Please add some information about what kind of reel:

    Spinning or baitcast or spincast?

    What brand of reel?

    What model of reel?

    The rod is new...is the reel also new?  If new, can you take it in to store you bought it, so you can show one of the store workers?
