Can you guys offer me some recommendation for an UL spinning combo that I can use for bass and pan fish with 4lb test?  I really want something that I can fly line a worm by itself with no weight.  Ideally would like to spend $100 if at all possible.

The UL rig I use for that as well as Ned-Rig and light (<3/16) Drop/Split-Shot is a President-25 on a Diawa Spinmatic UL/F rod with 4# Yo-Zuri Hybrid.

 

Reel, Rod and Line can all be had for just under $100 total.

“A worm” a plastic worm or live worm? 
Rod shimano Sensilite UL 6’6, even though it is rated at UL 1/32-3/16oz but this rod fish more like Light to me with enough backbone to handle a good size bass.

$120 total retail, but you can usually get the Presidents for less. If you want I have a Pflueger President combo that I got to keep in my car but I snapped the tip off of it and I don't have a use for the reel. I can send it to you for nothing if you want, then you can just worry about a rod. Maybe an HMG if they have an UL version idk.
