Anybody that has this rod, is the rod blank black in color?

LookS black to me in pictures.

 

EDIT:  Never seen a Falcon rod that wasn't black.  I've have Original, Cara and OG Experts.

The Lowriders have always been a shade of brown. some more reddish, the newer ones look like the originals.

I have a older Cara crankbait rod that used the shakairi blank that is green.

I've heard the Cara is coming back. If so , it will be interesting to see where it falls in the line up.

I'd guess above the Expert.

This is what happens when you don't have a store you can visit to handle rods.  I didn't know Falcon made any color other than black.  I've got 7 and they are all black.
