Black label baits horible service

Featured Replies

Ordered a few crankbaits from black label. These are the ricochet cranks. Fished one for about 10 casts and the paint started chipping off clear to the wood.

I emailed the company the company on March 12 the same day it happened which was only about a week after I received my order and still no return email. They were sure quick to take my money but then I have an issue and they can't even reply to a simple email. And yes this was well before all this corona virus shut down fiasco.  Any who buyer beware.. They have had almost a month now to make this right.

Yeah, that's unfortunate.

First I've ever heard of them, but thanks for the heads up.

I have a dispute with 'company X'. Can I post about it here?
While we can empathize with your frustration, the best course of action is deal directly with the company. Escalate it up the ladder, file a grievance with PayPal or Ebay (if they were involved with the transaction). File a mail fraud complaint with the post office. There are other options, but attacking the company in a public forum is not appropriate nor allowed. Such posts will be removed.
