Finding Drag Washers - By size

Trying to upgrade the drag on a few of my Dad's cheap reels (Daiwa Laguna) and can't find drag washers by size. The existing washer measures roughly 26mm outside diameter and 16mm inside diameter. I know I can buy a sheet and make them but I'd rather just order them pre-cut. I measured my AirD drag while I was cleaning them and they are the same size, but of course nowhere I found sells AirD upgrades. I could take a Tatula apart but I figured I would try here first (already took my tatulas apart 100 times in the last few weeks). Any help appreciated! thanks :D
