Stradic Ci4+ clicking noise

So I recently started hearing a clicking noise on both my 2500 and 3000 Stradic Ci4+ (newer model).

 

The noise occur randomly every so many rotations and sounds exactly like the clicking noise when rotating the drag except the sound is a single click.  The sound also occurs when the drag is either loose or tight.  

 

A few weeks ago I removed the spool and handle on both reels for the first time to do a basic wipe down and oiling.

 

The reels never made this sound prior to the cleaning.  

I have braid on both reels and braid was also on the reel prior to having this issue.

 

Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
