So you use half hitches plus the rizzuto finish? I been using the rizzuto finish consistently and never do half hitches and never had an issue. It’s possible that your rizzuto finish in not cinching down correctly because of the half hitches?

Never used the anti reverse switch in my life. Until this day, I don’t know a single person that ever back reeled. Im sure it would be a disaster if I ever tried.

Anyone here use the Lucky Craft LV in the 150 size? Did the 200 size get discontinued and get replaced with the 150? Also, does anyone have a photo comparing the 500 and 150 size? I know the 500 size is extremely popular but been curious about the LV 150. Any insight regarding the LV 150 is appreciated. Thanks.

I ordered one a while back and didn’t like it. Ended up returning it. I can see how it can be helpful for a lot of people though. I just prefer my own method and have not had a single knot failure yet.

For $150 I’m going with the JDM Stradic FL or JDM Tatula LT. All depends on if you prefer a lighter reel or not.

Have a friend that kills it with a Sammy 100 on clear to gin clear water. Catches largemouth, smallmouth and stripers with it. I’ve had some success with a Yo-Zuri pencil in Ghost Prism.

Outkast Tackle is another one I like.
