  1. I seen another close up video and those filets next to those weights were pulled out of the fish too.
  2. I think a lot of people are not aware that holding a fish at 45 degrees can injure the fish. I know I wasn’t until someone mentioned it. What is worse for me is when someone feels they need to make a fish do flips while releasing it back in the water. Totally unnecessary.
  3. “Team of the Year”…cheating all year and finally got caught.
  4. Just got some of these and they look pretty awesome.
  5. Smallie Beaver. Not thin but you could trim the sides.
  6. 6:3 for cranks and glides 8:1 for pitching 7:1 for everything else
  7. I use Dirty Jigs guppy heads which are 1/0. I also use Gamakatsu round jigheads which are 1/0-2/0 depending on the weight. Amazon has some decent cheaper bulk options but some of the hooks werent as sharp as I would like it to be. I had to touch them up.
  8. I have 30lb Sufix 832 on a few of mine.
  9. This is the one I have. I have used it countless times with no issues. I wrap the line twice around the wheel and under both bars while keeping tension on the line the entire time.
  10. The Yozuri Pencils are the easiest for me. The 6th Sense Catwalk was insanely easy too.
  11. Isn’t this also your thread?
  12. I recently got a Elite P/F but haven’t used it yet. Got it second hand barely used and it looks/feels brand new. Paid $150 for it. Also just got a Zillion HD which I haven’t used yet either. My Zillion SVs are just hard to put down.
  13. You have duplicate power and actions, but are all the rods from the same company? A 7’ MH/Fast can be different from company to company. Only you can figure out what rods you need according to the baits/lures you throw.
  14. Daiwa Fuego or Daiwa Tatula CT. The CT is $140 but in your price range If you know where to look. When I started fishing again years ago, the CTs is what I started with and loved it and was user friendly once you get the basics down.
  15. Also known as the Double Pitzen and also the Grisby knot. Been experimenting with this knot myself.
  16. Just be patient being that you used Amazon. As @Bass_Fishing_SoCal stated, it will take almost 2 weeks depending where you are located. Ordering from Digitaka takes like 3-4 days. Price there is currently $232. I would gladly pay the $8 more for the ridiculously quick shipping.
  17. Haven’t tried the Agent E, but have used the Dark Sleeper a lot and it simply catches fish. Last year we went to a different state and I tried the sleeper in that particular lake for the first time. Caught on my first 4 casts. Tried it at a different part of the lake on a different day and caught one on my first cast. It’s one of my confidence baits for sure and I always have one tied on.
  18. It’s September and we are still getting heat warnings. It’s been miserable.
  19. Looks a lot different than the stock pics but I also think it looks sweet. They look more RI bullfrogish.
  20. A caffeine shad is 0.25 oz.
  21. The JDM Zillion SV has smaller handle knobs than the US Zillion SV.
  22. I bought my Dad a pair of sunglasses couple years ago. He used little bit of dish soap to clean the lens one day and soapy water got caught in the film of lens. Company sent him a pair of new lens, but that was the last time he used soap.
  23. Ordered one for my friend. Smoothest Tatula LT I felt out of box yet (I’ve handled a few). Spooled it with 10lb Sufix. He will be using it tomorrow for the first time.
