  1. I would consult with Delaware Valley Tackle. He fixed my JDM Zillion for a nominal fee. I wouldn’t think twice about it.
  2. Maybe something like this: https://sfttackle.com/sfttackle-big-hook-weedless-tube-jig-head-14129.html
  3. Mike at DVT just fixed up a JDM Daiwa for me. 👍
  4. Two trips north for Canadian smallmouth, walleye & pike. One trip will be a bucket list fly-in.
  5. I decided to get some Tatsu on the TW sale price. Best choice I believe.
  6. For use on a baitcaster, can anyone compare Daiwa J-Fluoro Samurai and Seaguar R18 Fluoro? Would the average angler be able to tell any difference? This would be 12-14 lb line targeting Canadian smallmouth and walleye.
  7. I didn’t mean to but I got older! I’ve found this device very handy in tying a nice Alberto Knot. It’s lightweight, not large, and will easily travel in the tackle bag. https://albertoknot.com/product/uncle-jim-tool/
  8. Drive twenty hours to Cochrane, ON and a flight to Kesagami Lake. Bucket list.
  9. Heading up north next summer to a lake known for big pike. I’m going to get a second JDM Zillion TW HD.
  10. Very busy! Site is taking forever to load.
  11. What a nice trip report! You did your homework and the prep paid off. Thanks for posting. Did all the great pike hit on spoons?
  12. Good topic. Thanks for posting. If I can say it, there are similar threads on “Walleye Central”.
  13. I’m interested in a two-piece Megabass Levante casting rod that’s marketed by a JDM online source. They’re currently out of stock but I’m watching. I’ll looking at two models for a Canada fly-in trip next summer so I have time. Levante is a good rod, right? Has anyone used a two-piece model? TIA.
  14. Ah. Now I recall. Fish USA is my go-to.
