Lowrance Hook 4" won't turn on

Hey guys, my Lowrance won't turn on currently. I tried checking the fuse and connections and that's all good. Is there a way to tell the unit itself is bad or the power cord itself is bad. Thank you!

    Make sure it's plugged in completely on the back of the unit - getting the plug set in the socket is sometimes a bit of a pain...it's tight and takes a bit of force.
