I'm having trouble greasing one of my trailor wheel bearings.  I know the grease gun works because it feeds grease into the other bearing just fine.  But my left bearing zirk (spelling?) refuses to allow/admit grease into it.  It used to work just fine.  Any ideas?

Not really uncommon for the grease zerks to go bad and not let grease in. Just replace it with another one.

Glad to hear that.  I assume all zerks are threaded?  Standard threads?

They're threaded. but they make both standard and metric types. Best to take it out and go to the auto parts store or somewhere and match it up. Have you tried taking a really small screwdriver and pressing in on the check ball in the center of the zerk? Sometimes those balls will corrode to the housing and not push back to let new grease in.

Heck for the money go buy some oil bath hubs and be done with it.
