Had a brain cramp today and, without getting into details, I managed to punch a qurter size hole in the cowling of my Johnson 175 HP motor. I have the piece that was punched out. Any ideas on repairs or just go to replace???

    Have you priced cowlings?!!   :D

    If you're not familiar with fiberglass repair, I'd take it to a pro.  Far cheaper than a new cowling, that or look on ebay for used.
