**ODDBALL sized tackle utility boxes

Featured Replies

New member, long time lurker here.. Recently had to invest in a new tackle backpack, after a long search online, I finally decided upon the Bassdash 3670 model. It's a very nice bag with excellent storage space and im looking forward to using it!

So my issue is, the lower section of the bag where the main tray storage is, is supposed to fit a couple 12" trays *which bass dash does make in a 3670 size at 12".. but they want like 11$ plus shipping for 1 and they kinda look a bit shoddy..

Does anyone know of any companies that sell off sized utility boxes that aren't expensive and crap? Im hoping to find something between the 3600 and 3700 size (12 inch length)

That's the issue with getting a system that doesn't use standard sizes...you're pretty much stuck getting the boxes from them.

If you're still in the return window - send that backpack back and get one that uses standard boxes.

Plano actually makes most of the boxes out there...the BPS 360 and 370 are actually Plano made. I'm sure others out there are made by Plano too with the selling company's logo imprinted.

I can fit some 3600 boxes down there, w enough room in the leftover space to fit a 3450 vertically on the side of them..

I actually like the bag quite a bit and sent a message in to bassdash, asking if they can give me a deal on multiple boxes since they offer a discount on they're 3600-3700 boxes if you buy 3.. no option on the site for multiple 3670 boxes..

Maybe I can configure these different and use less 3600s in the bottom, so I can fit 2 3700s up top....not trying to put stress on the zippers
