I have a chance to buy a GLX at a good price.  I’m not familiar with the letters BCFR is what the guy says is on the rod.  Do any of you know what they stand for?

This was used back when "high-end" was really a new thing. Stood for Bait Cast For the Rich.

That is why I didn’t recognize the numbers.  IMX was the top of my list.

Thanks.  I don’t flip so that never entered my brain.

Is it an 894C GLX? the letters are for bass casting flipping rod.
