I want a good after market reel handle for my shimano metanium mgl 2016. Any suggestions?

Why? Longer? Lighter? Different knobs?

Lighter, a little longer, and I like the knobs.

How long is the one you have? How much does it weigh?

It's a 90. I'm not sure on the weight. It's the original handle. It's the hg version.

Well, it's not a 90, it's an 84 which is on the HG 7.2, it would be a 96 on the 8.5, which are great handles.

You can order a 96mm direct from Shimano. 

 

Or, you can get help from someone else.

 

BTW, changing handles won't help with all the "play" in the handle.
