I've never fished Lake Eufaula, Alabama, and am fishing it April 17..

What lures&colors during this time? 

what is the lake MOSTLY made up of: grass/stumps/rocks?

 

I planned on throwing traps, crankbaits,chatterbaits,spinnerbaits, jigs. Red colors??

    Watch the Red Crest going on right now, it may help out. I know you said April, and it will probably be post spawn, but you may get some tips watching the MLF live feed.

    Already Post spawn by April? Wow. Alot quicker than up here in PA ?

    Yea I mean they are catching some spawning bass now in the Red Crest tournament, and it seems the rest are not far behind. It is like 45 days+ until OP's trip. I would imagine at this point based on what is going on with the lake today. It would be post spawn IMO.
