On my favorite lake, I was motoring around and on my depthfinder, I saw a pyramid shape made of arches in about 20 feet of water. What do you think this would be? Every now and then I also see columns made of arches. I have never been able to motor over one of these spots and see the formation after passing over it twice. In this lake, we have Largemouth, Smallmouth, White Perch, some Walleyes, Crappie, and Sunfish.

    On lake erie the white perch will look like a stack of hats on a fish finder. If there are white perch I suspect that could be what you are seeing.

    Dunno what the pyramid thing could be.
