It’s 11:10 am right now I can’t fish till 3 I’m now going fishing every Wednesday plus more days but Wednesday’s are the only days I know I can go. What is the best time to fish? The sun goes down at 7:50.

If your availability is from 3 till sundown, then fish from 3 till sundown!

Right now I would go late afternoons, as the weather continues to warm up it will be preferable to fish evenings. Yesterday I fished until 7:30 Eastern time and couldn't get a bite passed 6 o clock.

Any time you can go fishing is the best time to go fishing.

Better question is, what color trailer should you use.

If, on the other days, you fish after 3:00PM, I suggest you fish earlier as you already have the latter part of the day covered.  There could be a major feeding period earlier in the day that you miss out on the other days.
