Anyone from Canada, specifically Ontario order from Asian Portal?   Looking to order a reel or 2 and just wondering if you have been charged import/custom fees?

    Fellow resident of Ontario here. Ordered a Shimano SLX MGL last fall, got a call from fed ex for around $36 cad duty. The reel ended up being under $200 all in. 

     

    Still saved money and the reel is great. I would buy again. Shipping is ridiculously fast. Only a few days. 

     

    Plus our dollar is up lately so that will help.

    Pretty sure the fees are connected to the value of the item(s). I think it's 13% HST + a brokerage fee but don't quote me on that.
