What phase of the spawn are the bass in in western washington?

I'm in Snohomish county and being in a kayak I can't fish super fast so I am wondering what kinds of areas to fish to try and maximize my chances at catching some bass. Thanks!

    no one answered you but they will be in all phases of the spawn right now. you didn't specify what lake. assuming lake washington look in the backs of marinas for spawning bass and just start pounding docks until you get bit. for all of the small lakes each one is different. just go fishing. if you catch nothing you will still have learned something.
