A weightless super fluke gets the job done for me in very similar conditions

    I've had some of my best times this year with rage craw's weightless w/ FC line. Cast it over the weeds and buzz it up to plane and bring it back to you with your favorite retrieve style. This can be effective but watch for the strike and be ready.

    Try doing the same thing with a Space Monkey.  It works even better.  It's like a finesse toad.
