Hey all,

I was wondering if you guys had any opinions regarding inflatable boats. Given where I am located (most places to fish in my area do not allow gas motors) and my living situation (no place to store a boat), an inflatable boat would seem like the only workable option. Have any of you had experience with inflatable boats? If so, what are your recommendations and caveats? Any input would be much appreciated.

Do a search on it from the menu.  There have been numerous discussions on inflatables.  One in particular ( which I cannot remember) had pictures someone took of an inflatable toon that he kept in his apartment.  It was sweeeeet.  He wheeled it out of the complex on a luggage cart. 

I tried searching before posting and I didn't find much. I'll scour some other internet forums and see what I can dig up.

I am going to be buying http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_714____SearchResults for small ponds around my house. Putting a trolling motor on it. From what i heard Sevylor is a pretty good product.

I had a Sea Eagle 9 for a couple of years and it's great for small water.

A friend had one for a while and loved it. The worst part was winds blowing it around and having to lean over so far to paddle.

I was actually looking at a few not to long ago but I decided to get this canoe for $100. I plan to hold onto it for a while and sell it and change it for a kayak or john boat
