i have a sears 16' jon boat im currently repainting and is pretty much a basic jon boat. i wanted to do some mods to it like lay plywood floor and make a deck for the front with a swivel seat...was just looking for some ideas or pics to help out!

Any advise would be awesome! thanks!

    What's the bottom width of the boat ?

    before you do mods, remember the center of gravity will be different, and it could make the boat very unstable.
