BOAT COVER

Featured Replies

Hello,

I have a 97 Lowe Alum bass boat.  I need a new cover.  Any suggestions?  I know bass pro sells them, is one brand better then the next?  Our boat is kept outside and it must be a trailerable cover.

thanks for your help

Larry

Best value I've found in covers is Safeguard boat covers.  I've bought several, had one fail, and customer service was good.  They can be found online or on ebay.

Typical low cost covers sold by BPS or Cabela's will last you around 4-5 years before they start to come apart.  You can do better with a custom made one.

In St Louis, Pat's covers at I-270 and Tesson Ferry are the best but they're pricey.  I always put a tarp over the top of the cover while stored to lengthen the covers life.
