Ark Lancer Pro? Decent rod?

Featured Replies

Just recently picked up a used Tatula CT for a screaming deal so now im looking for yet another rod to put it on and im not trying to break the bank.  The Ark Lancer Pro was recommended as a good rod for the money but ive seen very few reviews on it. Has anyone fished these?  At one of the online retailers they currently have them on sale for 69.99 from 99.99.    Thinking a 7'0 MH/F rod...fishing for smallies from shore and planning on using it for spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, maybe some trigs, etc.  Open water, very little vegetation or structure.

I also saw the Daiwa Aird X was on sale for 39.99, which I have seen people recommend for a solid budget rod.

Thoughts/opnions?  Thanks in advance

i've got a ml and paid full price for mine from tw , the $69 deal is great price for this rod. very comfortable to fish and sensitive. mine gets the most use for ds and as a backup for ned rigs bank fishing rivers . it's a steal for the sale price wished i waited.
