I have an old Calcutta 250 that I've recently been throwing and realized I kind of like the round reel over some of my low profiles. That being said, does anyone have any experience between a Conquest 200 and a Calcutta 200b? I want to add a couple to the collection. I would be using either model in both fresh and salt since I fish both living here in SW Florida. Thanks.  

I'd do the Calcutta, but you can't go wrong either way. I use the same Calcuttas for fresh water and inshore salt all the time. 

The Conquest will feel much better than the Calcutta. The Conquest is smoother and will cast better. The Calcutta is just a work horse.

I guess I would have to decide if the conquest is 300.00+ further and smoother. lol
