-How much should a locking nut and seat cover the feet of a spinning reel?
 

-Anyone care to measure their own and post an dimensions below?

 

-Is there a cutoff point at which you would not use a rod due to insufficient reel foot coverage? Asking because I’m still having a hard time finding reel for my Dobyns fury spinning rod.

    Turns out the amount of coverage was sufficient, I assumed it should be greater, but I have not had a problem with it anyway.
