It looks like shimano expride A rods are out of stock everywhere I’ve looked at least the 7’ light + is. I found one though that had like a $50 shipping charge which seems very excessive 

 

are the new B versions due out soon?

They are out now, but hard to find. I lucked into one yesterday at Scheels. They are available to order in the 7’ light at TW but says they won’t be in stock until 6/14

I seen the TW one but I’m a little hesitant to buy the new model. I don’t mind the wait but don’t want to take a chance with an unproven model, which I’m sure will be ok. 

I’ve heard nothing but good things about the B so far, and the one I have feels nicer than my Zodias. I’m sure it’s a safe bet but up to you lol

I don't know about the spinning rods, but the only thing I regret about my Expride casting rod is that I cannot find two more to buy today.
