any comments on the new Daiwa XT spinning rod, i was thinking about the TXT701MLFS rod. are they a good bang for the buck at 100 dollars, i never actually felt the weight on them yet, i hope they are light.

Don't have their spinning rods, but I do have 3 XT casting rods. Weight is fairly light compared to even higher priced rods. Action is pretty good considering the cost. I think they are a good value.
