Found My Skipping Jig And It Works....

Featured Replies

In a recent thread I requested info from the vast experiences represented here at Bass Resource concerning your favorite skipping jig. I appreciate the responses.  While purchasing some Slug-Go's from Lunker City I inadvertently happened across this little jewel:

Meet the PanHead Jig. It's truly built like a flat rock and skips like one as well. It's a full size jig in several weights. I chose 3/8 oz and it works great.  My one complaint is the trailer keeper leaves much to be desired. However, one spot of super glue and that issue is resolved. And I caught a really nice bass on it today. The color reflected in the pic is not the color of my jigs, just the color I chose for contrast against the black background.

And here's a shot of the first bass I caught with it:

Looks like it would skip well!
