I just installed some LED lights in my rod locker and storage locker lids. What a brite idea.  Anyone else done this to your rig ?

I installed red, side marker lights in all mine about six years ago.  I used red because about the only time I need light is at night and don't want to be seeing white light at night.

All my lockers have red LED's installed, along with an alarm system.

I opted for the white.  I have them in all the lockers and boxes in my boat as well as on both sides of the battery compartment.

Green LEDs in all my compartments, live wells, glove box and front/rear deck inside gunwhales.

Green matches the boats color and easier on the eyes at night.
