Rowan university fishing

Just moved into rowan university and noticed a pond right by my dorm room, it has water pump that shoots air up and i dont believe that the lake is directly connected to any moving water. Could it hold fish? I suppose there is only one way to find out, but is there a chance there could be?

On google maps it is called (storm water runoff pond) and is directly next to abbots pond. I have some exploring to do, but I dont know the odds for small ponds. There is also rowan pond nearby. If anyone has experience near the campus lmk
