Will the mounting holes match up or will new ones have to be drilled?

If I remember correctly, I was able to use two of the existing holes but had to drill two new ones. That was going from a MG Tour 109 to a MK Maxxum 101.

Woosy, first thing a man should do is mark his boat. Then the worry is over.

Make sure the shop plugs the old holes when they do the install.

I guess if you have the money to throw at it, do it. Otherwise, it's a 5 minute job. Just lay your mount up there, mark your holes and start drillin'.
