    They seem to be doing a better job of hydrilla management on the Chain, which is one reason bass fishing has improved.   Much better than the scorched Earth methods used when Mosquito Control had the job.  Back in the nineties I never thought the lakes would look like they do now.   Lake Yale is a mess.  It's almost totally topped out with hydrilla.
