I really don't think the professionally applied very thin paints on blanks affect the performance significantly,,  the only way to know is to test a blank before and after painting, and I have not done that.  But the only test that would make sense would be TNF, not CCS.  

There are measurement specs for the northfork builds on the website for spinning, normal casting and acid wrapped casting layouts for the blanks. I’m not sure it’s perfect but it’s probably close enough to lay out and then static test from there to really perfect it.
