My paddleboards are large and stable but not enough for fishing. Paddleboards do paddle pretty well sitting with a kayak paddle. I paddle my kayak frequently standing up too. 
 

in addition to crescent sup+, look at kaku’s voodoo or even better the zulu. I want one.
