I have had a Deep C batt. since last summer, its sits on the bench in my un heated garage. It is minus 3 today, remember, i live in Nova scotia, Canada!!!  I have done a little searching for help.  I know it is best to have it cold rather then in a hot place, i just put my fish id to the battery and the voltage meter on the fish id read...12.6v

It is a 12 volt, 625 cranking amp battery

Should i leave it as is?, then charge it in April, when i start to us it again...any help is appreciated.

If it's a wet cell it will lose it's charge over a short period of time when I was using them I would remove the batteries from the boat over winter and top off the charge every two months or so you can use a trickle charge battery charger that monitors the charge status and charges as needed. I'm now using dry cell Deep Cycle batteries which will hold it's full charge for up to one year. I would do a full charge now if the battery charge gets to low the battery will freeze and will be kaput.

12.7v is fully charged.  You are close to that right now.  I leave it alone and check it again in a few weeks.  Or top it off for a short charge then check it in a few weeks.

The ideal situation would be to store the battery on a maintainer like the Battery Minder and just leave it 24/7.  Just check the electrolite level ever so often.

Just storing a battery, you need to charge the battery every 1 to 2 months.  If it's at 12.6 volts, I would recommend charging it.
