I’ve watched doug vahrenberg and two other pairing videos along with downloading the app and resetting the power but can not get the two talons to go down by the app or the remote what am I missing

    Do you have the original white remote for them?  Both of my factory remotes worked when I received the talon brand new on my boat in 2015.
