What do you think about the Pro X series?

I was a really big fan of Pinnacle reels till I bought a Pro X series reel. Between me and my dad, we have owned three and everyone of them broke. When I bought the first one, it was one of the smoothest reels I had ever felt but they didn't last long. On two of them, I would be fishing, press down the button and it would never click back up. One of my friends had the same thing happen to him on his Pro x.  Is this just a faulty design in reel and do you know if there has been an excessive amount of returns on this reel?

Thanks for your recent problem.  We were sorry to learn of the problems you experience with the clutch lever on your Pro X reels.  We haven't heard many complaints of this nature, so this appears to be an isolated problem.  We will look into matters further, however, to ensure this is the case.  Regardless, we want to help your resolve any problems and get you out there fishing with your reels again.  Please contact our parts and service manager, Greg Imlay, at customerservice@pinnaclefishing.com.  He will help arrange for any necessary repairs as quickly as possible.
