Flagship Reel

Featured Replies

I am interested in trying another Pinnacle reel.  I have used two sentara IIs for a while now and have been really impressed for the quality at this price point.  What is your flagship reel currently?  Thanks.

JonBasser:

Thanks for your recent post at the Pinnacle Forum.  Our flagship "top-of-the-line" baitcasters in the current lineup are the Scion Select X (10 stainless steel bearings, metal frame/side cover, 7:1 retrieve and more).  Right up there with the Scion Select X are the Lucille Limited and Vision XLT reels -- also excellent all-around baitcasters.   The Vision models are a little sleeker, low-profile, but the Scion and Lucille models feature a little more line capacity.  All of the models mentioned are dependable, durable performers offering exceptional castability, plenty of power and super-smooth, consistent multi-disc drag systems.  At present, we are developing a new state-of-the-art lineup of "Tournament Class" baitcasters, spinning reels and matching rods for bass-fishing applications.  Pinnacle Tournament Class reels/rods, which will be available to consumers in early 2011, are being designed to meet the exact specifications of our pro stafers -- all highly respected B.A.S.S. Elite Series pros.  Good news is, unlike our competitors, we'll be keeping the price of this custom quality gear within reach of the average angler.  You can learn more about these reels and more at our website (www.PinnacleFishing.com).

Good Fishing!
