Duckett Incite rods

Featured Replies

Does anyone have experience with the new Duckett incite casting and spinning rods?  I know a lot of people had issues with guides breaking off the Duckett rods in the past. These seem to be very light rods and look like decent quality for the price....

I had one in a cranking rod and wanted to like it but just didn't. I don't know how to describe what I didn't like though. It just had a REALLY soft tip and loaded up so much it was like casting a slingshot.

That's just my opinion though. Had the same opinion on all the Ducketts I had and ended up trading them all in. I had an Incite, 3 Micro Magic Pros, and a Ghost that I traded in. The only one I kept was a Terex Dean Rojas frog rod.

I know some really like them. I'm just not one of them
