Hook Reveal Frequency Setting

I have the Lowrance Hook Reveal 7 Tripleshot. I prefer the 800 frequency setting on side scan most of the time but when I select 800 it seems to default back to 455 on its own quite often. This is the only setting that I cannot seem to lock in. Is the unit faulty or is it just not possible to lock in the frequency?

    I'm having the exact same issue with a Hook Reveal 5 SplitShot, and logged in today looking for a solution. I'm surprised you haven't gotten any responses. Have you found a fix by any chance? Thanks.
