Found a way to make a slip knot at any section of standing end. Make a slip knot with a loop on standing and another loop on standing end and feed it through the first loop. Then slip loop through theslot of the cleat and hook one side of the loop on one side of the bar.  A quick disconnect from cleat. If you fellas have a better way please let me know.
